The garden of ‘the little house under the sun’ consists of a flat piece of land, of which half is terrace with natural stone and the the other half is full of fragrant herbs, flowers and fruit trees. Because the property is fenced off with a front gate, it is the perfect place for your children to roam while you relax on one of our many terraces. The front garden, with it’s paved terrace, has two sitting areas. One has a large custom-made table with comfortable chairs and a traditional Cretan sofa. The other terrace, also with a traditional Cretan sofa, lies in the shade of a pergola.

The back garden also has two sitting areas. One is the deck around the swimming pool, on which we have installed sun loungers and lounge cushions for you to doze on after your refreshing dip in the pool. The other terrace is located in the middle of the floral garden. here, we have built a round terrace in between the olive trees, with lounge chairs. Ruben and I love sitting here at night, to gaze at the stars.

‘To spitáki ston ílio’, lies nestled in the valley of Pinés, as you can see from the picture on the left. It is 1,5 kilometres from the coast as the crow flies. By car, it only takes you five to ten minutes to drive to the beach. There are beautiful, ancient donkey roads through the mountains and valleys that are great for hiking. The area is also well-known for mountain-biking.
